Indian Navy SSR Recruitment 2018 Exam Pattern
In order to qualify your examination the aspirant must be in well touch from his/her examination pattern. So, we have decided to provide you the exact pattern of Indian Navy SSR Recruitment 2018 which will help you while preparation.
- The paper will be in both the language Hindi & English comprising of Objective types questions.
- It will consist of four sections (English, Science, Mathematics and General Knowledge) and the aspirants have to pass all the section separately.

Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
After the completion of the first phase, the passing contender will be qualified for the second phase of Indian Navy SSR Recruitment 2018 i.e. Physical Fitness Test (PFT). In PFT you have to do 1.6 Km run in Time interval of 7 minutes, 20 Squats ups and 10 push-ups in your own risk.
This is the last phase of selection process and after qualifying it, the candidates will get selected for the respective post in Indian Navy. In Medical test your height, weight and chest will be measured by the well-known military doctors. Also, the passed candidates must be in a good health as per the rules of board. Minimum height is 157 cms, chest is 5 cms (In expansion) required for passing this phase.
